We are excited to announce the return of Bible Study to Saint Cyril's. Join us for a 6-week study of the Gospel of Matthew. Morning sessions will be offered on Wednesdays from 8:30a-10:00am beginning Wed. Nov. 2, 2022 and evening sessions will be offered on Thursdays from 7:00pm-8:30pm beginning Thurs. Nov. 3. 2022. The same material will be covered at each session so you need not attend both. 

All sessions will take place in the C.S.P. bungalow located on the southwest corner of the Ventura Blvd. parking lot. You may park in the Ventura lot and enter through the walk-in gate on the southwest corner of the lot. Sessions will be led by Victoria McCargar, M.S., MLIS, who holds a certificate in Bible Leadership from the Catholic Bible Institute of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. She will be using materials from Litte Rock Scripture Study. 

The Cost is $25 to cover the workbook and handout materials.

We all have good intentions to stick with Bible study plans at home, yet distractions provide one reason after another to postpone. Participating in a Bible study within a small group has a dynamic you cannot reproduce on your own. As you participate in discussion and share ideas, you take advantage of interaction. 

Catholic Bible studies are an important way of understanding the Catholic faith. The more we can understand the inspired writings in the books of the Bible, the more we understand the beliefs, celebrations and rituals of our faith.
